In this episode, we are breaking down a massive week in comic book movie news before diving deep into theatrical spoilers for Marvel Studios’ Avengers Endgame: Encore!
First, we discuss Robert Pattinson’s new comments on why bringing Matt Reeves’ dark, grounded version of Bruce Wayne from ‘The Batman’ into James Gunn’s DCU would be “kind of tough.” Next, we head over to the MCU to look at Marvel Studios officially revealing Ultron’s robotic bride, Jocasta (played by T’Nia Miller), in the latest footage for Disney+’s upcoming ‘VisionQuest’ series! Then, we break down the staggering numbers behind ‘Avengers Endgame: Encore’ opening at No. 1 globally with $86M and pushing Marvel Studios past the historic $35 BILLION mark at the worldwide box office.
Finally, for our MAIN TOPIC (SPOILERS AHEAD!), we break down ‘Avengers Endgame: Encore’ and all four of its brand-new extended/post-credit scenes! What does TVA Loki interrupting Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter’s dance mean for the timeline? Why has Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom come to “collect” Bruce Banner/Hulk?
