The destruction of 3,000 universes creates a massive ripple in the MCU multiverse. We break down the TVA’s latest discovery.
It is a chilling callback to Tony Stark when we see the total collapse of 3,000 universes on screen. This isn’t just a random event; it connects directly to the stakes we have been tracking within the TVA headquarters. We analyze how this specific destruction event recontextualizes that famous line and what it means for the current state of reality.
We also get a look at the third mid-credit scene, featuring Mobius and Ouroboros. Their involvement suggests that the TVA is aware of these cosmic consequences, and we break down why they are monitoring such devastating Marvel lore. The pieces are moving quickly, and the scale of the threat is larger than we initially thought.
Subscribe for weekly Marvel breakdowns, and let us know your theory on how the TVA plans to handle this fallout in the comments.
Welcome back to Super Hero Speak! In this solo vlog, Don (the Omega Level Nerd) takes a break from Final Fantasy III to discuss his biggest concerns for the upcoming X-Men MCU reboot.
While there is a lot of excitement surrounding the X-Men joining the MCU, Don explains why introducing Magneto presents a massive challenge for Marvel Studios. He breaks down his two main worries regarding the iconic character:
The Timeline of His Origin: Magneto’s history as a Holocaust survivor is the quintessential foundation of his character and motivations. However, tying him to that real-world timeline means he would be an extremely old man in the present-day MCU. Don explores potential comic-accurate solutions, such as Magneto manipulating the iron in his blood to slow his aging or Marvel utilizing the Krakoa resurrection storyline to bring him back in his prime. He fears Marvel might simply erase this crucial part of his backstory instead.
Villain vs. Hero: Don argues that Magneto is a far more compelling character when he operates as a villain rather than a hero. While Magneto has been a hero and even an X-Men team member in the comics, his tragic background provides a legitimate and understandable reason for his violent reactions to mutant persecution, making him a top-tier antagonist.
How do you think the MCU should handle Magneto’s origin and age? Drop your thoughts in the comments, and be sure to check out the next episode of Super Hero Speak!

What happens to Bruce Banner after going savage in Spider-Man: Brand New Day? In one of the brand new post-credits scenes for the Avengers: Endgame Encore re-release, we find out that Banner has locked himself inside a military bunker two miles underground to work on a gamma suppression serum. But he is interrupted by none other than Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, who leaves behind glowing green magic runes after spiriting the Hulk away!
In this clip from Super Hero Speak #710, Dave and Don Daniels break down what this abduction means for Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars. Did Doom specifically call him “Mr. Banner” to show dominance? Is Bruce completely oblivious to an ongoing multiverse incursion because he’s buried underground? Plus, we dive into the theories that the Hulk’s new beard means we are getting the evil Maestro variant on Battleworld, or if the green runes tie into the supernatural Immortal Hulk comic run and Doom’s mastery over hell!
💬 JOIN THE DEBATE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MADNESS:
Why do you think Doctor Doom targeted Bruce Banner instead of the other Avengers? Is he building an army for Battleworld, or trying to fix an incursion? Call your shot in the comments below—we read the best theories live every Sunday night!

Welcome to the very first episode of a brand-new vlog series on Super Hero Speak! With New York Comic Con 2026 right around the corner, host Dave takes a trip down memory lane to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Super Hero Speak covering NYCC—and a personal history with the convention that stretches all the way back to 2010.
