With the upcoming finale of HBO’s Game of Thrones, fan scrambling for a new fantasy fix will want to check out the new dark series REAVER from Image Comics/Skybound.  Set to debut in July, the ongoing project is written by Justin Jordan (LUTHER STRODE) and Rebekah Isaacs (BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER).

Madaras was supposed to be where settlers could start new lives. 200 years after its founding, the war ravaged continent has plunged into a savage darkness.  An unlikely group of prisoners, some of the worst scum imaginable, is brought together as Hell’s Half-Dozen to stop the end of this world.

REAVER #1 hits stores Wednesday, July 10.  Be sure to have your favorite comic shop add it to your bin.
