One of the top publishers today, Valiant Comics has exciting releases set for March.

The Life and Death of Toyo Harada issue #1 (of 6) brings Joshua Dysart, one of the creative forces behind 2012’s “Summer of Valiant,” back to the Valiant universe.  The Eisner Award-nominated writer is joined by artist Mico Suayan (Bloodshot Salvation) to continue the story of Toyo Harada, the planet’s most powerful man. To get more cool Harada stuff, order the series as a set from your local comic shop by February 18th, 2019.  Extras include creator commentary, behind-the-scenes looks at the creation of the comics, character designs, and first looks at upcoming issues.

• The Forgotten Queen #2 (of 4) from writer Tini Howard (Rick And Morty, Power Rangers: Pink) and artist Amilcar Pinna (M.O.D.O.K. Assassin, All-New Ultimates) follows the War-Monger as she falls for the Mongol Empire’s most fearsome warrior.

• The alien Imperatrix Virago has set her sights on Earth and it is up to the Eternal Warrior to save the Geomancer named Tama and, hopefully, the planet.  Issue #2 (of 4) of Incursion is written by Andy Diggle (Silent Dragon, Adam Strange) & Alex Paknadel (Assassin’s Creed: Uprising, Arcadia). Doug Braithwaite (Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, Punisher) handles art duties for the mini-series.

• In issue #4 of the ongoing Livewire series, our hero struggles against a new foe.  Who is this mysterious mercenary working for? Writer Vita Ayala and artists Raul Allen & Patricia Martin may, or may not, provide answers.

• The H.A.R.D. Corps are looking to recover their missing asset. To do so, they must face the living weapon of mass destruction known as Bloodshot.  Issue #5 of Bloodshot Rising Spirit is written by Kevin Grevioux (co-creator of the Underworld film series) and drawn by Harvey Tolibao )Demons the Unseen, Robyn Hood Wanted).

• In X-O Manowar issue #25, Aric of Dacia is back in armor dealing with mistakes from his past.  Should he go it alone or trust the woman warrior in black for help? The latest iteration of one of Valiant’s oldest characters is written by Matt Kindt (Pistolwhip, Suicide Squad) and drawn by Tomás Giorello (Conan the Cimmerian, Star War: Empire).
